Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager for our Emergency Room at LifeBridge Health. As the Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating resources to ensure high-quality service to our patients, aligning with our mission and values. This role reports to the Director of Patient Care Services and requires 24-hour accountability.
Unit Overview
Our Emergency Department at Northwest Hospital boasts 49 beds and serves around 60,000 patients annually. We handle a variety of major and minor illnesses, with a focus on cardiac, stroke, behavioral health, orthopedic injuries, and trauma. Our team is known for its positivity and operational excellence, ensuring optimal patient care and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; BSN preferred from CCNE accredited schools.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience with a Maryland RN license.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification (BLS) required.
- Credentials in the field of expertise are a plus.
