Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse Manager to join our Clinical Decisions Unit at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting the unit Director and staff, ensuring positive patient outcomes, enhancing patient experience, and managing day-to-day operations effectively. The Nurse Manager will also be accountable for staff engagement, patient throughput, and implementing change management strategies.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 accountability for the unit's operations.
- Focus on improving and sustaining positive patient outcomes.
- Facilitate patient throughput and enhance patient experience.
- Ensure staff engagement and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's and Master's Degree preferred.
- Current CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification.
- Valid RN - Registered Nurse license.
- Demonstrated competence in clinical, ethical, and legal aspects of patient care.
