Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our team at Mary Gran, under Liberty Healthcare Management. As a Medication Aide, you will be responsible for administering medications as per guidelines, performing essential procedures, ensuring resident and staff safety, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications following prescribed policies and procedures.
• Execute procedures such as vital signs monitoring and enema administration.
• Ensure compliance with universal precautions and hazardous chemical handling.
• Document and report any medication errors promptly.
• Handle controlled substances responsibly and maintain accurate records during shift changes.

Requirements

• Registered on the NA1 registry with a clear record of no abuse or neglect allegations.
• Completion of the state-approved training program and orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively and perform essential job tasks.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform required movements.
