Job Description:
We are looking for a Lead Problem Management Specialist to join our team at Discover Financial Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the life-cycle of Business Technology (BT) Issues, identifying root causes, minimizing future impacts, and collaborating with various teams to resolve problems effectively. Responsibilities:
- Manage the life-cycle and coordination of actions to resolve assigned issues.
- Ensure service level agreements are met and blockers are resolved in a timely manner.
- Maintain an inventory of problems in ServiceNow and propose process improvements.
- Mentor Service Support Specialists if assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in related field or 4+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or 1+ years of people management experience.
