IT Systems Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join Mill Run's technology team at ADS, a leading stormwater management company. As an IT Systems Engineer - Intune/Entra Admin, you will play a crucial role in architecting, implementing, and supporting mobile device solutions and identity/authentication systems for both Customer and Enterprise Applications within Entra.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of iOS, Android & Windows devices through Intune.
• Architect solutions for Intune based on business needs.
• Assist in administrative tasks utilizing PowerShell and Excel.
• Collaborate with vendors and application owners for Single Sign-On implementations.
• Manage Workforce & Customer Identity within Entra ID.
• Implement Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication.
• Work on Tier III mobile/Intune issues with Lead Systems Engineer.
• Partially manage other 365 Admin platforms (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT work experience.
• 1-3 years of Microsoft Intune or other MDM platform experience.
• 1-2 years of On-Prem and Azure Active Directory experience.
• Ability to take initiative in problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills for end user and vendor interactions.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift computer and networking equipment.
