HOSPICE CLINICAL DIRECTOR

Job Description

Liberty Healthcare Management is looking for a dedicated and experienced HOSPICE CLINICAL DIRECTOR to join our team. As a Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest quality standards of hospice and palliative care services. You will be responsible for overseeing office operations, developing work plans for improvement, providing training programs, and collaborating with key stakeholders within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of regulations and standards related to hospice and palliative care.
• Evaluate and improve office performance using financial, clinical, and quality reports.
• Develop and coordinate mentoring, training, and orientation programs for staff.
• Assist in planning, development, and monitoring of new and ongoing services.
• Collaborate with other Clinical Directors and key departments within the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of hospice services.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure and nursing education from an accredited school.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of management experience and two years of clinical nursing experience in hospice services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial management and data analysis for clinical care improvement.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with various applications.
• Willingness to travel and valid CPR certification.
