We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Group Home Caregivers to join our mission-driven team in Wausau, WI, and Weston, WI.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities and behavioral challenges.
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and community integration.
- Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve and support their developmental goals.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of participants under your care.
Requirements
- No high school diploma required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask, be patient, compassionate, and responsible.
- Driver's license preferred but not required.
