Job Description

Liberty Healthcare Management is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced DIETARY MANAGER to join our team at Barclay at Southpark. This full-time position involves overseeing and managing the dietary department to ensure the highest level of service and care for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise dietary staff, providing day-to-day guidance and support.
• Develop and maintain staffing and scheduling systems to ensure efficient operations.
• Organize and execute daily events and special functions with a focus on menu planning and food presentation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain proper storage and handling of food and non-food items.
• Address resident complaints promptly and professionally, striving to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Requirements

• Degree in a related field or Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certificate.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a kitchen/culinary food service operation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal health inspection requirements.
• Completion of a state-approved food safety course.
