Job Description

Join our team at Oak Forest Health & Rehab Center as a CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT. This is a part-time position during the day shift (7am - 7pm) where you will play a critical role in providing essential care and support to our residents. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, maintaining patient care records, and supporting the nursing staff as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) listed in the DFS registry.
• Compassionate individual willing to provide care for geriatric patients.
• Ability to follow instructions and attend necessary training sessions.
