Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily activities, and ensure the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and flexibility in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
