Job Description
We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to our residents while fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
- Attend to individual care needs and preferences.
- Support residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
- High School diploma/GED and relevant certifications as per state regulations.
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
