Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will work closely with the Unit Nurse Manager and staff to ensure positive patient outcomes, patient experience, staff engagement, and overall unit operations. You will be responsible for maintaining basic nursing skills while also overseeing administrative duties when needed. The Assistant Nurse Manager plays a vital role in maintaining the quality of patient care and unit operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the Unit Nurse Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Ensure positive patient outcomes and experiences.
- Facilitate patient throughput and staff engagement.
- Participate in change management and fiscal responsibilities.
- Maintain basic nursing skills as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; MSN, MS, MA, or MBA preferred.
- 1 year of formal nursing leadership experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of nursing experience.
- Maryland RN License, CPR Certification, and other relevant certifications.
