Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position based in Randallstown, MD, you will be part of the Stroke Medical Unit at Northwest Hospital, caring for geriatric patients with a focus on respiratory care and stroke treatment. Your role will involve coordinating resources, implementing patient care plans, and ensuring quality service delivery in line with our organizational mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient status and implement nursing interventions.
- Coordinate resources to deliver quality patient care.
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience.
- Maryland RN License, CPR, and BLS Certification.
- National Certification in Nursing preferred.
