Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives and capital projects.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Recruit, develop, and motivate staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical projects.
- Analyze capacity, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of industrial and technical management experience.
- Experience in glass manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of continuous process disciplines like Six Sigma Lean TQM preferred.
