Industrial Services Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Industrial Services Project Manager to join our team at Heritage-Crystal Clean, Inc., a top player in the environmental services industry. As a Plant Vacuum Sales and Service Rep (PVSR), you will be responsible for servicing approved waste streams at customer locations using a Class A Vacuum Truck. If you have a strong work ethic and are committed to safety, customer service, and operational excellence, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Promote and engage in safe work practices according to HCC safety guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service within an assigned geographic area.
• Efficiently manage work orders to minimize travel time and mileage.
• Operate and inspect equipment for safe operation, including vacuuming waste streams and maintaining proper paperwork.
• Achieve sales targets and develop new customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and HCC corporate policies and standards.

Requirements

• Preferably have route sales and Class A tanker truck experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Class A CDL with Airbrake and Tanker Endorsement, HAZMAT preferred.
• Ability to wear and work in personal protective equipment as needed.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting and dragging of hoses and equipment.
• Ability to climb ladders and work with powerful vacuum pumps.
