Responsibilities
- Handle various customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service through attentive listening.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information with sensitivity.
- Strive to resolve issues during the first interaction by being proactive and understanding.
- Communicate effectively with customers, focusing on retention when necessary.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance plans based on their needs.
- Handle delicate situations concerning healthcare requirements and planning.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service preferred.
- Minimum 25 words per minute typing speed.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficient with desktop computer systems.
- Hold a valid Life & Health Insurance License in your home state.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
- Active Personal Lines License.
