Industrial Services Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Industrial Services Project Manager to join our team at Heritage-Crystal Clean, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing service of approved waste streams at customer locations, operating a Class A Vacuum Truck, and ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work behaviors in alignment with HCC safety guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service within assigned geographic areas.
• Inspect vehicle and equipment for safe operation.
• Vacuum approved waste streams from customer container units into the truck.
• Achieve sales quotas for revenue and new customer development.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable DOT requirements.

Requirements

• Route sales experience preferred.
• Class A tanker truck experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class A CDL and Med Card with Airbrake and Tanker Endorsement, HAZMAT preferred.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment and meet physical requirements.
