Job Description
Waupaca Foundry, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Maintenance professional to join our team in Tell City, IN. As a key member of our manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in the electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and support projects to ensure the efficient operation of our state-of-the-art facilities.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete safety training and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Participate in WF's 6-S Program for housekeeping.
- Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions.
- Make electrical adjustments to machinery for optimal performance.
- Conduct conduit, wiring, troubleshooting, machine repair, and panel building tasks.
Qualifications/Skills
- Education in an Electrical-related field or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in conduit bending, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and more.
Education/Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
- Associate's Degree in Electrical, Military, Industrial field, or equivalent.
- Successful completion of selection process including interviews, aptitude tests, and screenings.
