Industrial Services Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Industrial Services Project Manager to join Heritage-Crystal Clean, Inc., a leading company in the environmental services industry. As the Plant Vacuum Sales and Service Rep (PVSR), you will be responsible for providing service of approved waste streams at customer locations using a Class A Vacuum Truck. This role involves safe operation of equipment, customer service, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and engage in safe work behaviors according to HCC safety guidelines.
• Provide efficient and excellent customer service within assigned geographic areas.
• Manage work orders to optimize travel efficiency.
• Inspect and operate vehicle and equipment safely.
• Vacuum approved waste streams from customer container units into the truck.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and neatly.
• Maintain compliance with DOT requirements and achieve sales quotas.
• Adhere to corporate policies and standards across all domains.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferably have route sales and Class A tanker truck experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain and maintain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with required endorsements.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment and meet physical requirements.
