Job Description

Join Heritage-Crystal Clean, Inc. as an Industrial Services Project Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing service of approved waste streams at customer locations. Operating a Class A Vacuum Truck, you will work with hoses, waste storage units, and more, focusing on bulk customers connected to HCC Wastewater Treatment Facilities. Safety, customer service, and compliance will be at the core of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and engage in safe work behaviors adhering to HCC safety guidelines.
• Manage customer service in assigned geographic areas, optimizing work orders for efficiency.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment for safe operation.
• Vacuum approved waste streams from customer container units into the truck.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and maintain DOT compliance.
• Achieve sales quotas and uphold corporate policies and standards.

Requirements

• Preferably, route sales and Class A tanker truck experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must hold or qualify for a Class A CDL with relevant endorsements.
• Comfortable wearing personal protective equipment and meeting physical requirements.
