Industrial Services Project Manager

Job Description

Heritage-Crystal Clean (HCC) is a leading company in the environmental services industry, and we are looking for a dedicated Industrial Services Project Manager to join our team. As the Plant Vacuum Sales and Service Rep (PVSR), you will be responsible for servicing approved waste streams at customer locations, operating a Class A Vacuum Truck, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain safe work practices in line with HCC safety guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service within assigned geographic areas.
• Optimize work orders to minimize travel time and mileage.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles and equipment for safe operation.
• Vacuum approved waste streams from customer container units into the truck.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Achieve sales quotas and develop new customer relationships.
• Comply with all DOT requirements and corporate policies.

Requirements

• Preferably have route sales and Class A tanker truck experience.
• Hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Airbrake and Tanker Endorsement.
• Ability to wear and work in personal protective equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Capable of lifting hoses and accessing waste streams weighing up to 55 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders and handle powerful vacuum pumps safely.
