Job Description

We are seeking a talented Preferred Accounts Manager to join our team at Johns Manville Corp, a leading manufacturer of premium-quality insulation, roofing, and other construction materials. As a member of the Preferred Accounts team, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and driving business development efforts in the roofing systems division.

Responsibilities

  • Establish JM as an industry leader and trusted partner for clients.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new JM Preferred Account clients.
  • Build multi-level relationships with key decision-makers in existing accounts.
  • Support JM sales team and partners to drive business growth.
  • Provide superior customer satisfaction by being the single point of contact for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of roofing/construction industry experience.
  • Experience in business development and/or national account sales.
  • Ability to analyze product lines, negotiate, and solve problems.
  • Skilled in stakeholder relationship management and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial building owners and specifiers.
  • Proficiency in new business development and advanced sales techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial roofing competitors and industry associations.
