NEW Site Opening Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented New Site Opening Manager to join Centria Autism Services. As the New Site Opening Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful staging and openings of new facilities that provide services to clients with autism spectrum disorder. You will be responsible for project management, facility preparation, and ensuring adherence to Centria policies. This position requires a hands-on leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and a proven track record in project management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for opening new autism treatment facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external parties to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate the procurement and installation of necessary supplies, equipment, and technology for new facilities.
• Assess site suitability and develop site utilization plans.
• Manage external staging teams and contractors during the lead-up to site openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, construction, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
• Multi-site project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

• Approximately 80% travel required.
• Occasional non-traditional work hours may be necessary.
• Flexible travel schedule based on project needs.

Physical Demands

Physical requirements include bending, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds, and prolonged computer use.
