Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2 to 3 landscapers in providing landscape and snow management services on commercial sites throughout the year.
• In Spring, Summer, and Fall, oversee tasks such as mowing, mulching, pruning, flower installation, cleanups, and weed control.
• In Winter, manage snow removal operations using various equipment like plows, salt trucks, skidsteers, and wheel loaders.

Requirements

• Possess strong leadership skills and motivation to excel in landscape and snow management services.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate landscape and snow removal equipment.
• Previous experience in landscaping with a focus on commercial property maintenance.
• Great organizational and communication skills.
