Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity at Golden Wolf, LLC for a versatile Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in providing facility life cycle management support to the U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) at Portsmouth, VA. You will play a key role in developing project scopes, estimates, and coordinating various facility management activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive program support for Facility Management.
- Develop project scope information, statements of work, and cost estimates.
- Assist in the development of maintenance plans and long-range planning.
- Act as a liaison between BUMED and installation personnel.
- Coordinate equipment information and ensure database accuracy.
- Perform site assessments to prioritize work action.
Requirements
- Security Clearance: Secret Clearance or ability to obtain an interim Tier 3.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- 5-10 years of technical experience with Real Property Systems.
- Experience with DOD organizational structure and maintenance procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or similar field.
- Ability to travel as needed.
