Job Description

We are excited to announce job opportunities for Licensed Nurse Assistants (LNAs) at The University of Vermont Medical Center. Join our team at Shep 3 North, a new long-term, alternative care unit opening in March 2024. As an LNA, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses. Your duties may include vital sign monitoring, responding to patient needs, EMR documentation, and personal care tasks. We are seeking candidates who are reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Take vital signs and respond to patient calls.
  • Document patient information in the Electronic Medical Record system.
  • Assist with personal care needs such as bathing, toileting, and skin care.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and exceptional time management in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • LNA licensure in the State of Vermont.
  • Preferred experience in Long Term Care.
