Job Description

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and services to our residents in the assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Assist residents with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and updates.
• Maintain residents' well-being and safety throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
