Unit Secretary/LNA - Inpatient Pediatrics

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Unit Secretary/LNA to join our Inpatient Pediatrics team at The University of Vermont Medical Center. This unique role combines responsibilities from both Licensed Nursing Assistants and Unit Secretaries, providing direct/indirect care and handling the secretarial aspects of the nursing unit under the guidance of Registered Nurses.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Nursing Assistant licensure from the State of Vermont required.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specific aspects of direct/indirect care under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
• Handle secretarial duties for the nursing unit.
