Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent attendance and performance, ensuring reliability based on business requirements.
- Welcome guests with a warm smile, maintain eye contact, and provide courteous service at all times.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently following property standards.
- Manage incoming calls, transfer appropriately, and handle messages promptly.
- Perform cash handling, post charges, verify credit cards, and reconcile cash at the end of the shift.
- Assist with reservations according to property guidelines and address any service issues raised by guests.
