Job Description: 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties, participate in warehouse inventory counts, and cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements, inspect product quality, and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills, communication proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and handle physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
