Welding – Production Welder

Legend Manufacturing, Inc., a leading producer of premium aluminum trailers, is looking for a dedicated Production Welder to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our production teams to weld high-quality aluminum and steel trailer frames.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Utilize welding machines, grinders, torches, and other tools for precise fabrication.
• Interpret work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Read and execute blueprints and BOM's for precise welding requirements.
• MIG and TIG weld aluminum and steel components with precision.
• Ensure axle placement, squareness, and proper installation of ramp doors/gates.
• Inspect work for quality assurance before moving to the next stage of production.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using various power and hand tools with welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately.
• Willingness to cross-train between departments for increased versatility.
• Strong work ethic with good attendance record.
• Physical stamina to stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 75 pounds.
