Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls and interact with customers professionally.
• Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications.
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools efficiently to provide solutions.
• Engage in ongoing training and skill development to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Must live within 50 miles of Morristown, TN 37814 for on-site work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers.
• Problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude are essential.
• Desire to grow with a reputable company and work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
• Must be 18+ years old and hold a high school diploma (or GED equivalent).
• Successful completion of a background check.
