Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join the team at International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, handling financial transactions, and promoting financial solutions. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with various banking needs, opening new accounts, and cross-selling products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with day-to-day banking inquiries and transactions.
• Open and manage consumer and business accounts.
• Inform customers about available banking products and services and cross-sell as needed.
• Meet sales and referral goals to contribute to business growth.
• Adhere to all bank regulations and procedures for security and compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferable.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
