We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join the dynamic team at Sightpath Medical, a leading provider of cataract and LASIK services in the U.S. This full-time summer internship offers valuable hands-on experience at our Bloomington, MN headquarters, focusing on talent acquisition management within the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HR department and provide administrative support.
• Source suitable candidates through the Applicant Tracking System.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain positive candidate experience.
• Manage onboarding processes and employee documentation.
• Respond to HR-related inquiries and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly motivated with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and relationship-building skills.
