Arnold Motor Supply, a prominent distributor and retailer of automotive parts with a strong presence across the Midwest, is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead one of our local branches. As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer service is at the forefront of all activities.
• Optimize sales and financial performance of the store.
• Recruit, train, and develop customer-centric staff.
• Manage inventory, maintain store appearance, and uphold safety standards.
• Oversee accounting functions, accounts receivable, and loss prevention.
• Conduct regular store meetings and ensure building maintenance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for customer service excellence.
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
• Proven leadership and management abilities.
• Strong business acumen, particularly in auto parts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Flexibility to work varied retail hours, including weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Physically fit for standing, bending, walking, and sitting tasks.
• Proficient in computer and phone use.
