Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging programs for residents.
• Ensure that all programs are designed to enhance the quality of life for residents.
• Lead a team and provide guidance in program development.
• Collaborate with residents and families to incorporate their preferences into programming.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in therapeutic recreation.
• Minimum of 2 years in a program-related position with leadership experience, preferably in an assisted living setting.
• Passion for working with seniors and improving their quality of life.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
