Clinical Director

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Clinical Director to lead the clinical services program at Village Shores Campus, an Assisted Living Facility. As the Clinical Director, you will be responsible for managing, ensuring compliance, and driving success in delivering exceptional care to older adults.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the assisted living clinical services program.
• Train and support clinical staff to provide high-quality services and exceed resident expectations.
• Develop and maintain personalized care plans based on residents' needs and desires.
• Collaborate with a team of nurses to achieve outstanding results.
• Ensure seamless service initiation and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minnesota Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in Assisted Living.
• Current CPR certification.
