Physical Therapist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join The University of Vermont Medical Center team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy to patients at various health levels, diagnosing movement dysfunction, enhancing physical abilities, and promoting optimal quality of life related to movement and health.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage movement dysfunction.
• Enhance physical and functional abilities of patients.
• Prevent impairments, limitations, and disabilities progression.
• Provide direct care to patients as part of therapy and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate and prepare patients, families, and caregivers for continued care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science or higher degree from an Accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice physical therapy in Vermont.
