Responsibilities
- Review and approve all GMP documentation.
- Manage lot/product disposition activities and provide training on Quality topics.
- Participate in quality audits and support manufacturing programs.
- Provide guidance for Tech Transfer activities and present data during meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
- 2-4+ years of Quality experience in biotechnology/pharmaceuticals.
- Experience with GMP regulations, eQMS (e.g., Veeva), and cell & gene therapy.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
