Job Description

Society Insurance Company is seeking a Field Premium Auditor to join our Premium Audit team. This role involves providing field and electronic premium audits for Workers' Compensation and General Liability policies, ensuring adherence to company and industry guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Workers' Compensation and General Liability premium audits by reviewing policyholder operations.
  • Examine and document insured's payroll and financial records.
  • Prepare audit recaps, address disputed audits, and ensure high-quality audit production.
  • Answer audit-related inquiries and testify in court proceedings when required.
  • Continuously develop auditing expertise through training and coursework.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of premium audit experience OR Associate degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of premium audit areas.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, spreadsheets, and industry standard organizations.
  • Valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and stay overnight as needed.
  • Completion of insurance and premium auditing designations highly desirable.
