Responsibilities

Supervise nursing and paraprofessional personnel.
Participate in recruitment, orientation, and training programs.
Develop and implement health care policies and procedures.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care.
Prepare and maintain patient medical records and reports.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Registered Nurse licensure in the state of employment.
Active CPR certification.
Acute care experience preferred.
