Salary Range: $18.72-$28.08

We are looking for a dedicated Member Advisor to join our team at Hoosier Hills Credit Union. As a Member Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service and are provided with the most suitable financial products. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with members, recommending products, handling transactions, and addressing account service needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external members in line with the Credit Union's service promises.
• Act in the best interest of members and the Credit Union, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
• Enhance member satisfaction by taking ownership of requests and providing timely solutions that exceed expectations.
• Utilize strong knowledge of HHCU products and services to serve as a trusted resource for members.
• Perform teller transactions, account maintenance, and loan processing accurately and securely.
• Collaborate with the team to share ideas and enhance the overall member experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional appearance, good interpersonal skills, and a positive outlook.
• Strong knowledge of retail delivery products and Credit Union services.
• Sales and service-oriented with consistent performance.
• Ability to analyze data and establish positive working relationships.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and cash handling experience preferred.

Work Environment

• Normal physical mobility and agility required.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers, eye-hand coordination.
• Works in a typical administrative setting with controlled climate and lighting.
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
