Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Relationship Banker I, Bilingual to join our Retail Department at Field & Main Bank. As a vital part of our team, you will provide essential cash receipt and payment services to customers, promote bank products, and ensure exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Translate and interpret statements between English and Spanish.
• Manage cash transactions with precision and accuracy.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments efficiently.
• Identify counterfeit currency and comply with regulations.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products.
• Balance cash drawer daily and report any discrepancies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service and cash handling experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Good interpersonal and computer skills.

ADA Requirements
