We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager in Santa Barbara, CA to oversee business operations, employee recruitment, sales, order fulfillment, and more. Immediate hire!

Job Duties:
- Develop business strategies to raise customer pool and optimize profitability.
- Meet sales goals by training and motivating sales staff.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends and propose innovative ideas.
- Conduct personnel appraisals and address staff or customer issues.
Experience Needed:
- 5 years of showroom management preferred.
- Strong leadership and business orientation.
- Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager.
- Customer management, organizational, and communication skills.
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
