Position Title: Shop Service Technician

Location: Eagleville, TN

Wayne Brothers Companies is seeking a Shop Service Technician to join our team. As a Shop Service Technician, you will perform maintenance services and repairs for a variety of equipment, ensuring safety and productivity in the service center.

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe manner and comply with safety requirements.
• Inspect equipment for service and repair needs.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on on-road vehicles, small tools, and light/heavy equipment.
• Test components and systems for proper functionality.
• Follow manufacturer's guidelines for thorough equipment maintenance.
• Document service records and perform emergency calls outside regular hours.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Automotive and equipment maintenance training/experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Problem-solving and mechanical reasoning skills required.

Working Conditions

• Indoors and outdoors work environment.
• Frequent exposure to seasonal temperatures and loud noise.
• Travel out of town occasionally.

Certificates & Licenses

• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA certifications desirable.
• ASE Certification desirable.
• First Aid/CPR desirable.
