Job Description

Black Desert Resort, a luxury destination in Southern Utah, is looking for a skilled Senior Group Sales Manager to join our team remotely from the Greater Salt Lake City area. As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for managing group sales accounts, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement innovative sales strategies and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Sell guest rooms, meeting spaces, and services to customer groups.
• Prepare effective proposals, maintain documentation, and coordinate customer service needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and work with other departments for market expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic sales planning ability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.

Compensation

$100,000 - $110,000 yearly salary
