Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for optimized productivity.
- Guide business units to meet annual budget and profitability goals.
- Monitor cash flow, ensure timeliness of work execution and payment collection.
- Manage, hire, train, and coach employees to enhance financial performance.
- Communicate performance metrics to senior leaders.
- Promote growth by forging new business relationships.
- Implement best practices for operational excellence across business units.
- Assess employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations.
- Implement management tools to drive sales growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Make strategic decisions to benefit the business unit.
- Establish operation objectives, standards, and policies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and industry partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements on job sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in profit and loss statements.
- 5+ years in sales or managing sales personnel.
- 5+ years experience in construction with P&L responsibilities.
- 10+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience in contracts administration and performance evaluations.
- Ability to present financial data to senior leaders.
- Experience in residential services or related trades.
- Excellent communication skills.
