We are looking for a creative and dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at AMRO Music Stores Inc. As the digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing strategies, branding, and online content. This is a challenging and exciting role where you will have the opportunity to shape our online presence and engage with our customers through various channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement SEO objectives for our website to enhance online visibility.
• Create engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing campaigns that drive sales and profitability.
• Oversee the digital customer experience, including managing an SMS service and online interactions.
• Coordinate the design and distribution of printed marketing materials for events, sales, and sponsorships.
• Lead the planning and execution of events, such as the Back to School Party.
• Provide exceptional in-store customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be familiar with tools such as Canva, ActiveCampaign, ConstantContact, and Adobe products or willing to learn them. While a marketing degree or musical background is not mandatory, we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, keen on self-improvement, customer-oriented, and team players.
