Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to join Boy Scouts of America - Supply Group. As a Store Manager, you will oversee the overall sales and profitability of the Jacksonville Scout Shop, build relationships with the local Boy Scouts of America Council, and lead a team to ensure successful store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute store functions through staff members.
  • Lead Sales Associates to increase sales and enhance customer experiences.
  • Train and develop a knowledgeable staff.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards.
  • Recruit and interview Sales staff.
  • Provide accurate information to Territory Sales Supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of retail management experience.
  • 3+ years of retail sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Knowledge of Scouting Program is a plus.
  • Strong communication and financial acumen.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Operating Hours

  • Monday: 9am - 6pm
  • Tuesday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
  • Saturday: 9am - 2pm
  • Sunday: Closed

Compensation

Hourly Pay Rate: $21.50
