As an RBT, you will be instrumental in providing direct instruction and support to our clients, implementing behavioral analysis principles in individualized and group settings. Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
• Facilitate community and on-site activities according to behavior support plans.
• Implement and track student progress in Individual Education/Service Plans.
• Maintain a safe and organized learning environment.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience in special education or related settings.
• Ability to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
